Civil Litigation

Civil Litigation is the law’s method of resolving disputes and settling claims between individuals and/ or companies. Usually there are two categories of such matters, based on:

1) A contract being an agreement between two or more parties. This can be a dispute over a small unpaid debt, or a multi-million pound claim, such as a penalty clause in a building contract.

2) A civil wrong caused by one party by another, either deliberately or negligently. This includes personal injury, and damage to property and reputation.


If you’re involved in dispute with another company or individual, we can advise you of your chances of success and the possible value of your claim.

We can also negotiate for you and commence or defend proceedings in either the High Court or the County Court, depending on the subject matter and amount involved.
